Not a law firm; no attorney-client relationship

MyCustodyCoach, LLC is a technology company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship with MCC or any of its personnel. Communications with MCC are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

The Service may help you organize information and draft text. It does not evaluate your case, predict outcomes, or tell you what you should file.

AI limitations

Output from AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. In particular:

  • Responses may omit important facts or misapply rules to your situation.
  • Law and court practice vary by jurisdiction; the Service may not reflect your court's current rules.
  • Model output may include incorrect citations or plausible-sounding statements that are false. Verify facts, dates, and citations against primary sources and qualified counsel.
  • The Service cannot replace the judgment of a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction.

There is no guarantee that any output is legally sufficient, accurate, or fit for filing.

Filing, court use, and communication

Before you file anything with a court, serve another party, or rely on AI-generated text in a dispute, you should have it reviewed by a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction if you are not representing yourself with full understanding of the risk.

  • Do not upload materials you are not authorized to share with our vendors (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Written communications with a co-parent or third party may be used in proceedings; choose language carefully.
  • The Service does not track court deadlines for you. Missing a deadline can have serious consequences.

Emergencies

The Service is not for emergencies. If a child or adult is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (for example 911 in the United States). For domestic violence support, contact a local hotline or shelter. Do not rely on the Service for time-critical safety decisions.

Jurisdiction

Family law and procedure differ by state, county, tribe, and court. General information in or through the Service may not apply to your matter. You are responsible for confirming requirements with official court resources and qualified counsel.

Data practices

How we collect, use, retain, and share personal information is described only in the Privacy Policy. Limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution are in the Terms of Service.
