The Outcome You Control
MyCustodyCoach exists because custody paperwork and decisions are serious, personal, and easy to mishandle when you are tired or overwhelmed. You cannot control every result in court; you can control how prepared, clear, and deliberate your materials are. The sections below cover what the product is for, how we approach sensitive work, and where to find policies and support when you want more detail.
What the product is for
MCC helps parents organize what happened, draft clearer responses and statements, and think in order when the inbox and the calendar are both on fire. It is meant to slow you down in a good way: fewer rambling paragraphs, fewer missing dates, fewer drafts you regret after you send them.
It is not a magic button that fixes your case. It is a structured place to work, with outputs you can edit, discard, or take to whoever helps you next.
Why privacy matters in custody cases
Custody work often includes messages, school records, parenting-time logs, evaluations, and court orders - material you would not post publicly. Many parents use MCC to sort that information before they respond, file, or meet with counsel.
Privacy here means clarity about what you put in your account, who processes it to run the service, and what you can delete. It does not mean your case is secret from courts, opposing parties, or professionals you choose to share materials with.
How MCC protects your control
- You choose what to upload and what to keep out of your workspace
- You review and edit AI-assisted drafts before you use them
- Account and deletion options are available in product settings; retention and subprocessors are described in the Privacy Policy
- Personal information is not sold; service providers listed in the Privacy Policy process data only to operate the service
How we treat sensitive work
- Personal information is not sold. Revenue comes from people who choose the product, not from reselling your story.
- Data is handled with standard protections you would expect from a serious web product (encryption in transit, restricted internal access). Service providers that process data on our instructions are listed in the Privacy Policy.
- We collect what we need to run the service, not extra "just because." You can review deletion and account options in product settings and in the same policy.
- The assistant is tuned for custody-related drafting and tone: factual, child-adjacent, and calm. It will still be wrong sometimes; you are the one who lives with the facts and the filing deadlines.
What MCC is · what MCC is not
MCC is
- Software for organizing notes, timelines, and drafts
- A place to iterate in private before you file or send
- Written to respect how high-stakes this work feels
MCC is not
- A law firm, court, or government agency
- A substitute for reading your own orders and local rules
- A reason to skip professionals you already trust
