Safety & Privacy Commitments
How MyCustodyCoach handles privacy, safety, and boundaries in a high-stakes custody context.
Why families trust MyCustodyCoach
We built MCC for high-stakes custody situations where clarity, privacy, and de-escalation matter. Our product and policies are designed to help you organize facts while protecting sensitive information.
Custody disputes involve sensitive records, children, legal filings, and emotional stress. MCC is built to help you stay organized and communicate clearly while handling that responsibility seriously.

Legal and AI boundaries
MCC is built for educational guidance and structured drafting support, with guardrails designed to keep communication factual, child-first, and non-inflammatory.
- Not legal advice; MCC is educational guidance only.
- We encourage consulting licensed counsel for legal strategy.
- We defer to court orders, statutes, and local rules.
- Fact-forward outputs prioritize objective evidence over speculation.
Your control
You stay in control of what gets used, what gets shared, and what gets removed.
- Download, review, and edit any drafts before sharing.
- Delete data from Settings when you no longer need it.
- Request support help for privacy or deletion actions.
What we never do
- Sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.
- Generate aggressive or inflammatory language for court filings.
- Present AI output as legal advice or a substitute for counsel.
